Camron Cole

President / CEO
Camron Cole oversees all Project Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion. He spearheads MC Squared Holdings, Inc. training programs offered to employees and competitors in the telecom industry. He is experienced in managing projects from routine maintenance to new site full construction builds.

In the beginning of 1996 he moved to Colorado to pursue a carrier in cell site construction working for Premier Telecommunications, a small company working for Western Wireless, Sprint, and Nextel. He was the only “green horn” with a few years experience, but was able to learn quite a bit in the telecom industry such as stacking a variety of steel, testing, microwave, lines, antennas, welding, and fabricating skills.

Not long after he was approached to run crews and manage for several other telecom companies. Fortunately for him, most of these opportunities took place in Colorado so he was able to gain confidence and ability by working from the Rocky Mountains to skyscrapers downtown; at the same time being a husband and father of four.

He started MC Squared in 2003, with a partner, and business took off. MC Squared grew and is still growing strong. In 2007 Camron obtained full ownership. “I am very proud of the crews we have today, for the first time in my career. I am working with guys who have their lives together, and that value their jobs. This is entirely enjoyable!”

Camron’s goal is to someday be the driving force in other markets and attack them with the same intensity and ability shown in this market.
